Registration Process

  • STEP 1


    Log in to ILERA 2018.
    (For new visitors, please click “Sign-up” to create a new account.)
  • STEP 2

    Online Registration

    Select your registration type and official events you will be attending. Fill in all the information needed.
  • STEP 3


    Check the total amount and choose a payment method. Then, proceed to payment of your registration fee.
  • STEP 4

    Registration Completed

    The Secretariat will confirm your payment within two weeks and send a registration confirmation to your email.

※ Please note that registration submitted with incomplete payment will not be considered valid until full payment is made and confirmed.
   Please make sure to pay your registration fee by the applicable registration deadline.

  • Registration fees include: Access to all sessions, Congress Kit, Welcome Reception, Luncheon, and Technical Visit.
  • Accompanying Persons will receive the above registration inclusions but their registration is limited to 1 person.
  • Presenters should complete their registration by May 31, 2018, unless the presentation may not be assigned in the program.

Payment Method

1. Credit Card
  • VISA, Master and JCB cards are acceptable. Please clearly state your credit card information.
  • The actual debit amount will be subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • Service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

2. Bank Transfer
  • Direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. After the transfer, please send us the copy of remittance receipt with the registrant’s name by e-mail.
  • All bank charges for remittance should be paid by the registrant; otherwise, the balance should be paid on-site to complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail (
  • All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons, and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted regardless of the registration type.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

  • To receive an invitation letter, participants must pay their registration fee in full.
  • After making full payment, participants can download the invitation letter from the “My Page” of the website.
  • Please note that an invitation letter for your visa application does NOT guarantee that a visa will be issued.
