We would like to officially announce that the full paper submission system has been opened. Please prepare your full paper for uploading in accordance with full paper guidelines; for full paper guidelines and submission, click on the link:

Full papers based on your accepted abstracts should be uploaded online no later than January 31, 2018. To submit your full paper, please log in to “My page,” go to “Abstract” page and click the [Submission] button on the full paper tab.
