Scholarship for Participants from Developing Countries and Students

First of all, we greatly appreciate your keen interest in our scholarship program.
We would like to officially announce that scholarship applications have been closed. We have been delighted to see many applications for scholarship submitted by participants from developing countries and students; among them, 100 applicants have been selected to get the scholarship.


The scholarship winners should refer to the following information for financial assistance and if you have any other inquiries or comments on scholarship, please feel free to contact secretariat via email (abstract@ilera2018.org).


Financial Assistance

  • Registration Fee
    If you have already signed up online but not registered yet, please complete your registration no later than May 31, 2018.
  • Flight & Accommodation Reimbursement
    The amount of flight & accommodation reimbursement will be given by bank transfer after the congress. For more efficient preparation, please send us the following documents by May 31, 2018 via email (abstract@ilera2018.org).
    1. 1) A copy of your passport (Those who have not uploaded their passport yet)
    2. 2) Invoice for flight reservation or E-ticket including its price
    3. 3) Invoice for accommodation reservation or confirmation letter including its price
    4. 4) Boarding pass (by presenting on-site)

※ The total amount of flight and accommodation reimbursement shall not exceed USD 1,000.

※ As for flight reimbursement, an economy-class ticket for the purpose of attending the Congress will only be reimbursed.

※ As for accommodation reimbursement, up to 6 nights at a 3 star hotel or lower level accommodation will only be reimbursed;
